Front entrance repairs
Jan. 24, 2007 - The front entrance gate has performed well for many
years, may it RIP. We are now replacing it with the newer model able
to support the round poles. Please be supportive during this
maintenance period. It should be installed by this weekend.
Perimeter wall cleaning
Jan. 24, 2007 - The perimeter wall is in the process of being
pressured cleaned. This task should be completed by next
week.
Jan. 24, 2007 - The next HOA Board meeting will be held at the
clubhouse on Feb. 21, 2007 at 7:00pm. If any homeowner
would like to bring up an issue or concern at the meeting you must provide
prior notice to be recognized and placed on the agenda. We look forward to
seeing you there.
Nov. 29, 2005 - The company that provides trash pickup for the Doral
Dunes community has informed our property manager that effective
immediately trash pickup services will be provided on Mondays and
Thursdays. We are looking into this matter and will provide additional
information as it becomes available.
Sep 24, 2005 - The "Community Rules and Regulations"
booklet was mailed last week. All homeowners should have received their
copy. This booklet took a lot of time and effort to
create. If you have not received a copy please contact our property
manager.
With the new security company comes the addition of a rover that will patrol the
Dunes community. This will better server the community.
Sep 6, 2005 - Your board of directors have hired a new security
company to better server our community. Please welcome Doral
Executive Protection (DEP) Introduce yourself to the new security
staff, let them know who you are and where you live.
They are here to protect and serve us.

Sept. 4, 2005 - As we all know by now Katrina came and went leaving
lots of damage and despair. As of Sunday the 4th most of the trees
have been cleared from the main roads and from the front of your
homes.

Doral Dunes Rules and Regulations
Sept. 1, 2005 We have just finished the printing of the Rules and Regulations of
Doral Dunes. We will be distributing them in the coming weeks.
These are rules that govern our community and have been created to
maintain and protect our Dunes community.
